WHAT WE OFFER
Trays built for groups.
All trays are prepared fresh the morning of your event. Orders require 48 hours' advance notice — call or fill out the form below and the team will confirm availability and quantities.
Phở Tray
Full pot of slow-simmered beef or chicken broth with rice noodles, protein options, and a herb & condiment plate. Serves 8–12. Ideal for lunch or dinner events.
Bún Tray
Rice vermicelli bowls with char-grilled pork or chicken, pickled vegetables, crispy egg roll, fresh herbs, and nước chấm. Served cool — no reheating needed. Serves 8–12.
Bánh Mì Tray
Individually wrapped bánh mì sandwiches on a crackly baguette with your choice of BBQ pork, grilled chicken, or lemongrass tofu. Great for boxed-lunch events. Minimum order 12 sandwiches.
Khai Vị (Appetizer) Tray
Fresh spring rolls (gỏi cuốn), crispy egg rolls (chả giò), and fried shrimp with sweet-chili dip. A crowd-pleasing starter tray. Serves 10–15.
